  The staff was rude and condescending towards us. An employee deleted all the information from our phone and then told us they would not replace it after it was ruined. We were there for over three hours and the manager never left the back room. Upon leaving we could hear the staff mocking us. I would highly recommend not giving this Verizon your business.

  Had to wait 45 minutes for the person working in store to finish the conversation with his girlfriend on his cell so I could pay my bill. Every time I go there I have to wait forever. Gave up at this store now I am going to the one off of 30.

  Horrible customer service. Refurbished equipment branded as new. No reason to go toa third party cell company. Keep your distance, unless you enjoy getting burned.
